We have been the leading recruiter recruiting directly for many organizations in instances where we were hired to do so on behalf of the company. In other instances, we owned the direct partnership with the company or program sponsors. In situations where another agency owned the direct partnership, we have been the under-recruiter.

Yaw is the go-to person for all things HR, from keeping employee and applicant records shipshape to coordinating seamless interviews and managing onboarding processes. He’s been an invaluable part of our team since day one and brings with him a wealth of experience and a professional degree in administration.

Meet Monica Mensah, our talented talent scout extraordinaire! Monica excels in identifying top-tier candidates, harnessing the power of social media, job boards, and cutting-edge online resources. A graduate of the prestigious Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a degree in Marketing, Monica is also passionate about law and is currently pursuing a Law degree at the esteemed Ghana School of Law.

Meet Erica, the driving force behind Clive Ghana’s exceptional client relations. With a keen focus on meeting clients’ staffing needs, Erica ensures strong and enduring partnerships. A proud graduate of the Institute for Business Management and Journalism (IBMJ), Erica brings both expertise and passion to her role.

Hilda primarily focuses on finding, screening, and hiring candidates for clients or internal needs. She closely collaborates with clients to comprehend job requirements and source suitable candidates. She holds an M.Sc. in human resource management from Ashesi University.
